The Ringmaker is a specific CNC machine for the creation of ring designs, whether they are engraved, cutwork, lapped, punching or all together.

It uses direct strokes in DXF format, which makes it easier to use by not having to create a G-CODE file to work. This translates into simplicity and time savings in creating the shapes that we want to make to our piece.

It has a large number of spindles for most jobs:

  • 2 vertical spindles of 40,000 rpm.
  • 12,000 rpm horizontal spindle for bottom designs.
  • Hammer spindle for diamond hammering.
  • 70,000 rpm pneumatic spindle for punching.
  • Optional horizontal diamond cutting head.
  • Optional surface scanner for thin materials.

The spindles used by the Ringmaker are high speed from Haechi, South Korea. The motion control system built into the machine is Mitsubishi.

Includes complete dust collection system.
