Returns
Fornituras Delarosa guarantees the refund of the amount of the product if you are not satisfied with it during the 15 days after its shipment, as long as the product is in the same conditions of labeling and packaging in which it was sent, without have been used.
The amount will be paid in the same way in which the payment was made (entry into the card number or current account from which it was made).
The shipping costs for withdrawal in the customer's purchase will be borne by the customer.
Products that are excluded from these rules:
Items on request or tailored to the client.
Machines or products with special conditions, such as installation and training.
Machines or products whose unsealing makes it impossible to return or claim the supplier.
Even so, in the above cases, a solution can be negotiated between the company and the client.

Shipments with broken or defective merchandise:
