DESCRIPTION
The 110mm guillotine shear. Durston has been specially designed to carry out sheet metal cutting jobs that are usually carried out in jewelry and silversmithing workshops, thanks to its cutting capacities of 110 mm wide and 1.10 mm thick (soft metals). Equipped with multiple accessories such as a robust stainless steel table, an angle variator and a measuring tape. It will allow us to make precise cuts both straight and at an angle of up to 60° in 5° increments.
The guillotine shear is powered by an arm that controls a high precision hardened and ground cutting blade. The blade has four cutting edges for a long useful life, which we can change by simply rotating the blade when it begins to lose its edge. The blades can be rotated up to four times before needing to be sharpened. The blades will cut non-ferrous metals and mild steel.
The shear can be installed on any workbench. It is strong and durable with a rigid cast iron body, stainless steel table and steel accessories.
