With MASTERMOULD VLC-180 it is possible to vulcanize rubber in HOT VACUUM to remove moisture and microbubbles from the rubber.
The rubbers made will be perfectly compacted, the surface smoother and shinier.
The vacuum is carried out fully automatically, adjustments are made from the touch screen.
The vulcanization process is carried out in two steps, pre-vulcanization and vulcanization.
It has a continuous temperature control and has the possibility of programming the temperature of the plates separately.
